When the need for sleep arises, even if it is several times a day, lay down. Even if it is only for a short period of time. Each time you do, you will feel more refreshed upon awakening. Your body heals itself during certain periods of sleep, so get as much as you can when time is available.
It may be difficult to catch a nap during the day, but try some of these before you do:
