I am always tempted to try new recipes when the spring fever hits, and one of them is quick dips. You can make a bunch in advance, and all you need to do is pack a bit in a single serve container and bring some fruit or vegetables along for dipping. This makes preparing for a snack or quick lunch a snap.
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons apricot or orange 100% fruit spread
1 tablespoon of Braggs Amino Acids
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
24 baby carrots, 2-inch celery sticks, or 1 inch apple slices
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except carrots, celery, or apples. Stir until completely blended. Serve with carrots, celery or apples.
